Christmas Cards

Mom said we needed to have a nice picture for our Christmas cards.  But without a properly negotiated contract, I wasn't about to cooperate.

She even tried to lure me to sit by the tree.  I wasn't falling for it.

 I'm done.

brrrr! It's cold!

Suddenly - it was cold.  Daddy already did a guest post telling you how we went with Papa to get a Christmas tree.

I also went to a luncheon with Mama.  There was an auction, but I preferred to sit on the floor and eat my Cheerios.

Mom and I did lots of shopping and decorating and fit in some playdates with my buddies.  It was a good, busy month!

Fall Fun

November was another month full of fun.  My cousin Jeremy was here!  He is a very brave soldier who is serving in Afghanistan.  That's really far away, and really hard to say.

Much as I loved seeing him - I'm just not into being held.  Why stay still?

I also had a lot of fun that night playing peek-a-boo with the dog, Oscar.  He was sitting outside the door - so I'd peek at him, then crawl away.  I'd go back - and guess what - Oscar was still there!  I totally won!  As many times as I did it, Oscar was still there.  I'm so good at this game.

My cousin Chase was there, too.  He's younger than  me, but a lot bigger!  I guess that's because he's a boy, and I'm a peanut.

What did I say about being held?  I've got places to crawl and people to see.  LET ME DOWN!

At home, I help Mom with the laundry

And I read with Daddy

Then it was Thanksgiving, and we ate lots of Jello.  Yum!

Halloween!

My deepest apologies, dear readers.  Things have been so very busy, that aside from that guest post, I just haven't had a free minute to blog!

When we left off, I had a sneaking suspicion Mommy wanted to make me look silly.  I was right.  She dressed me up like a bumble bee.  Have you ever heard of something so silly?

I like my neighbors

And I really like playing in the leaves

After that fun - Mommy, Daddy and I walked around to see some of our neighbors.  They each gave me a toy!  How cool!  Then we went over to Grandpa's.  I discovered I could take my new toys out of my pail, and put them back in!  Out, and back in!  What fun!  These new toys were so awesome.

And then, you won't believe this....Mommy ate my toys!  Dude, what's up with that?

Overall, 2 thumbs up.  And next year, I'll watch Mommy more closely to assure my toys stay safe with me.
