About me (update)
I'm almost 2 years old - can you believe it?
Mommy goes to work now, so those days I go to my sitter, Miss Mary's, house. She has 3 sons I play with - they're 8, 4, and Tommy is just about my age! We have so much fun each day - I usually don't want to leave!
I still play with my buddies I met at story time last year - we've had fun at the parks this summer. Story time starts again soon, and we have mixed feelings - we love story time, but we like our free play time too.
At the start of the summer, I was a little timid at the playground. Now I can climb up the slides and toys all by myself! And go down too - even the BIG slide! If we're somewhere with a super-big slide, my big friend Emma goes with me. I still love to take walks with Daddy. I love the pool - I could play there all day long. I like to splash and put my face in the water. :)
At home I like to play outside with my bikes, my big red ball, and my sidewalk chalk. I LOVE the doggies that live next door. They bark at me and I just laugh and laugh and laugh. There's big kids there too, and they're fun to play with.
Inside I still love books and puzzles. I also like to color, and play with stickers and play-doh.
I'm a very big helper. I can go get my stool to stand at the sink and wash my hands, or brush my teeth. I can put my clothes down the clothes chute all by myself. :)
I'm sleeping better. I usually get to watch final Jeopardy, then I go to bed (8pm) - I'm an early riser, like my daddy - up between 5:30-6. At least I usually sleep all night long. In the morning I like to cuddle with mom and dad and watch a little TV. I clap and dance when The Wiggles are on.
I'm not a big eater - a girl's got to watch her figure, after all. I love granola bars, and if we pass a McDonald's - I'll let you know that they have "FRIES!"
It's pretty good to be Christina.

The Obstacle Course
I got to go on this awesome obstacle course at an ice cream social. Not to brag, but I was really good at it.
Mom said many an athlete has been embarrassed when the stopped to gloat or wave to fans before completing their task - but I had this one in the bag.

Big Helper!
Mommy and I went shopping. When we got home, she needed to start dinner. I offered to help put away the groceries.
Don't worry, Mom - I've got this!
Because this is where groceries go!
Non-perishables on the sink.
Baking needs on the toilet tank
Refrigerated foods on the seat
And snacks in the sink. Of course.
Mom wants me to note that the only thing she did was turn around the brownie box - everything else is my work! Anyone need help at their house? I'm available and my fees are very reasonable.

Mini-Vacay
We took a little vacation up to visit our friends at the
We went up in a lighthouse!
We also went to a bocce tournament at the Village.
What a fun weekend!
Summer Fun
hee-hee - I snuck my binky into the picture! It's only supposed to be for bedtime! Don't tell Mommy!
I went to get my first real haircut. This is before...
There are toys!
No big deal.
ahhh....much better!
Ice cream is good, especially when it's blue.
I had to have minor surgery to put tubes in my ears. What, me worry?
Everyone loves a parade!
Sometimes I find a nice, cool spot at the park.
May Days
May started out chilly, but darnit - we went to the park anyhow!
Some days, it was rainy and I just stayed in and read books in bed.
I helped Mom pick out paint
Finally it warmed up enough to play outside
And on Memorial Day, played with my water table at Grandpa's. Hello, summer!
Easter Fun
One day in April, we went over to Grandpa's
OK, tell me what we're doing here?
I think I get it
What's that, Uncle Brad?
Yeah, let's go play. Grandpa can finish without us.
Oooh, there's ice cream!
I went to an Easter Egg Hunt at the park - I thought my ears were very festive!
But this guy was just creepy
Daddy always makes things better
Happy Easter!
