Where I'm At

I can sit up like a big girl
I'm starting to scoot along, not quite crawling, but I'm close!
I say "mama," "dada" and "hi"
I like fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, sweet potatos and squash.  I tolerate other things.
I can put food in my mouth and chew it up!  I can eat a banana!
I sometimes follow directions - Mommy tells me to put my binky in my bed after naptime, and sometimes I comply.  Sometimes.  :)
I sleep pretty well - 2 good naps a day and 12 hours at night.  My bedtime is 7p.m. and I get quite cranky if I'm up later.
I can play by myself in my room or in the living room.  But sometimes I go exploring.  Mommy and Daddy just put up a gate.  boooo!
I like to take walks with Daddy
I love baths, and today I got to go in a bath outside!  Mommy said it's called a pool - NEATO!
My best friend is my moose, Morty
I love to meet new people and go places.  I smile for everyone.
I am delightful, if I do say so myself!  (Mommy and Daddy say so too)

I *heart* spring!

I've been so busy, I hardly know where to begin!  Here I am hanging out with grandpa and his friends.

I can totally sit up by myself, no problemo.

I totally did NOT steal mommy's credit card.  There's really a logical explanation for this....

I like taking baths!

even when mommy pours water on me.  I think she's related to Dick Cheney.

I went to IKEA and Daddy and I tested out loveseats

I played with Papa on the floor

I went swimming in my pool and it was so awesome!

 I always have my piggies, even if they're sometimes a little cock-eyed

Baptismitated

I got baptized!

We went to church and I got to play in the nursery! yay! Then Mommy and Aunt JoJo came and put me into a really pretty dress!

 It's really really really really old.

So then mommy and daddy and I went up on the stage!  Except it's called an altar if you're in church.  Aunt Sharon and Uncle Brad came too!

And that guy was talking and it was all good.  Mommy let him hold me, which was fine, I like to meet new people.  But then......you won't believe this - YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS!  HE POURED WATER ON MY HEAD!!!   Can you believe it?  I can't.  But I am a forgiving soul, so I let it go and he and I went for a little walk around the church and I decided he's pretty cool, all things considered.
